For example, to ensure you have access to your courses for 52-weeks, our user account data includes what products / courses you registered for and when. Website Tracking & Measurement
The website currently uses Google Analytics to gain insight into the way the website is used – what content is most popular, what times of day people visit the site, what types of computers/web browsers visitors are using, etc. We only use this information for statistical purposes, to find out which pages users find most useful. This information helps us make our online services better. The data retrieved from Google Analytics is aggregated and anonymous; we are not able to connect it with any individual user. For users who prefer to disable Google Analytics tracking, Google provides a browser add-on that automatically prevents any usage information from being sent to Google Analytics.
Our website uses specialist security software – Shield Security. This helps to ensure data breaches do not occur and our website and data are protected against hacking attempts and intrusion.

You are responsible for and will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability, claims and losses resulting from your actions in connection with using the website or taking courses and your breach of any terms and conditions of this Course Terms and Conditions Agreement. Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the website. Any fees charged by your bank or service provider in connection with your purchase of courses or services are for your own account and we shall not be responsible for these.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the business or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Use of E-Course Materials
All e-courses and materials, along with references used in or related to the e-courses, may only be used in the manner detailed in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from the business, brandrewire.ca and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the course or others as approved by the brandrewire.ca
As a course registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the course facility, but you may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the course, login and password, readings, references, links or any other materials. The terms and conditions regarding use of materials apply upon registration for the course, while you are taking the e-course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the e-course.
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access the courses. Nor shall you use any process to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of the courses or otherwise gain unauthorized access to courses. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the courses nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the courses. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from the courses without the prior expressed written permission.
Refunds
You may withdraw from a course at any time. However, once you are registered and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason. If you have not registered and logged into a course, refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For patterns, we are not able to provide a refund as customers have purchased the virtual patterns and downloaded the information. We do however request email information so any updates to patterns can be forwarded to paying customers as no cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Effective Period
The courses are designed to be completed within a period of 12 months. Registrants have access to most courses one-year from the date of purchase.
